Low Profile SMD Power Inductor

• Fully Automated Process

Our latest plant located in Taiwan, ROC was established in

Feb 2008 with an investment of US$10 million. We took

delivery of 4 fully automated manufacturing lines from

Japan in Mar 2009 and by April, the plant is fully

commission into full production mode producing approx 16

million pcs of low profile power inductors a month.

Applications:

Excellent for power line DC~DC conversion

Advantages:

Ultra low profile suitable for applications with height

limitation. Fully automated, consistence regular output

• Miniaturization

Replacing the existing 1005 (0402 EIA) size Ferrite chip bead with this new

0603 (0201 EIA) size model realizes the smaller size of components and

reduces mounting space by approx 60%.

Applications:

Noise suppression for general signal lines and power amplifier, Bluetooth,

WLAN modules.

EMI suppression for compactness and space efficiency products like mobile

phones, MP3 players etc.

Advantages:

Excellent EMI performance in a way contributing to making products

smaller and lighter in weight.

• Molded Construction

These iron and alloy core chokes comprised of a compound of iron-

oxide and other metal elements whose properties hold energy much

longer than other choke at high frequency.

Applications:

Ideal for DC-DC converter and power source circuits application.

Advantages:

• High energy storage and low DCR

• Lower EMI interference due to shielded construction

• ISAT as high as 60 Amp

• High “Q” Factor

solutions in application modeling. Engineering samples kit of our vast range of products
