OPTIMUS- FIXUS

Superpush 300: optimizing cut or fix cut

OPTIMUS If there are defects or boards with different in-feed-length. When the pusher comes back read the length of each single board including marks for the defect, optimizes and goes down to push the board to the saw. The optimus machine can do also the job of the fixus.

FIXUS: if the boards have got the same in-feed length and there are not defects inside them: the cycle can be repeated to cut at fix program also in group.

PUSHER UNIT SPEED

Accelerations and decelerations easy to manage

The brushless motor allows to regulate perfectly the accelerations and decelerations spaces so that to have very fast but gentle movement, regular and equilibrated.

The machine can reach up to 60 meters per minute when the pusher is coming back and reading and also pushing as the laws requires. The speed and all the machine parameter scan be directly regulated by the computer

No bearing for moving the pusher unit: not suffering dust thanking the movement with four wheels.

PUSHER MOVING

Brushless Motor- Anterior Traction – Reduction unit for robots- no mechanical stroke -Toothed belt of 50 mm – Max precision pulleys

The Brushless motor, with the highest precision. (the same motor is mounted in the CNC machines), is installed directly on the advancing with reducing unit for robot (that can give no precision in the future) and in anterior position so that to pull and not push the toothed belt.

The toothed belt has got 50 mm of width, very strong with steel strip inside and a resistance of 805 Kg. The pulleys of the belt are selected with the highest precision.

PRECISION UP TO +- 0,1

Superior grip/clamp - Magnetic strip

From the Salvador’s experience in the machines for the perfect cut of the panel and post-forming strips come a lot of devices and systems to guarantee precision up to 0,1 mm. Superior grip-clamp. It allows to move at very high speed with the board stopped not only by the lateral side alignment cylinders but also by the pusher.

Magnetic strip: the magnetic strip guarantees the maximum precision also in the long period. There is not mechanical contact to measure the movement of the pusher and so not different precision in the future.

SIDE PUSHERS optional

Two side pushers

The two side pushers, independent and managed by the numeric control, allows to move at the highest speed without the board could stand out from the pusher unit and also to guarantee a perfect squared cut. The first side pusher (in-feed position) works also with twist boards. The vertical beam pressing device is managed by the numeric control. Necessary with length selector

Out feed side pusher - Mechanically worked in special way

The second side pusher (out-feed position) has got safety device to not be broken also in case of human error (writing a not right length).

The structure of the machine, the beam pressing are especially worked with the highest precision and accuracy (0,01 mm) to have perfect perpendicular planes and a squared cut.

On the out-feed conveyor there are two photocell, one up to the other, to see also the curved pieces or also jumping. Also the machine compare the length that is exiting with that is waiting for to guarantee the best selecting precision.

The ejectors have got three sliding axis for a long life, with safety protection. The belt are in material slow consumption and driven centrally by central drive. Rollers of big diameter to have a long life of the belt.
