SPECIFICATIONS

The ibemac 650 EVCS unit is a fast, simple, and reliable machine.

The installation of the modern and versatile Mitsubishi XC-E servomotor has resulted in a considerable improvement in reliability of functions for this unit by providing a new function for the final positioning of the needle and new electronic control of the movement of the blades and thread catcher. Allowing the performance of the unit to be increased up to 25% when compared to a traditional machine.The considerable lift of the foot, which can be adjusted, allows extensive freedom of movement, even when very thick fabric is used.All these technical solutions permitted us to reduce maintenance/running cost of the unit to the minimum.The extremely simple philosophy behind the construction of the Vibemac 650EVCS unit has given it its greatest advantage: it does not need a high level of technical service nor any profound knowledge on the part of the local re-seller of end user.

The version of the machine for transversal stitching (generic use) is equipped with 28, 36 and 42 stitches per cycle, while the version for longitudinal or vertical stitching (for classic trousers - underwear - leatherwear) is equipped with 28 or 36 stitches per cycle.Using the 650EVCS unit, the finished product is “clean”, i.e. with “zero” thread cutting, which guarantees the highest level of quality and maximum production rate. Our Jeans producing philosophy ensures stitches of the highest quality, which reduces the costly end-of-line finishing operations on the garment to a minimum, while allowing maximum flexibility and low running costs. The machine is fitted with:- large capacity rotating hook;- mechanical device to lift up the pressure foot, up to a max. of 18 mm;- reinforced clamp with two compensating pneumatic feet incorporated;- independent electric bobbin winder;- a Mitsubishi XLG 55420Y Servomotor complete with electronic panel of the XCGMFT2005 series with dedicated software;- control of amount of thread in the bobbin and an XCE500 control console (optional).The 650EVCS unit also is fitted with a very fast and practical device that allows the operator to execute in sequence two stitches of different lengths, passing from one mode to the other.The system is extremely flexible and simple:

In terms of use it reduces working time considerably because the operator executes all the zigzag stitches necessary to finish the trousers, so there is no need to work on the same trouser-piece again.

And in terms of the set up of the stitching cycles, the same operator quickly carries out the operation without any external technical intervention.
