morning worship service!!

We are so blessed at Eastside to have Pastor Matt & Mrs. Becky! They are

fully committed to LOVING GOD, AND LOVING OTHERS.

Church-Wide Fun and Pumpkin Carving at Spring Hollow Farms

Sunday, October 20 at 6:00pm!!

Hotdog and Chili Supper … Please check with you Sunday School teacher to see if you can provide

any of the desserts or trimmings!

If you would like to join in on the pumpkin carving fun please bring a pumpkin and your pumpkin carving tools! There will be something for everyone… It is a beautiful

place even to just sit around the table together and enjoy the fellowship! Bring your

family and invite your friends to join us for a FUN

Oct. 6 and Oct. 13… All Children K—5th will have Sunday night Choir/Christmas Play practice at 6:00pm in the Choir room!

Every Wednesday night beginning in October at 6:00pm K—5th boy will have Rec in The ROC and K—5th girls will meet for “Abigail Club” in Mrs. Deborah’s room at 6:00pm. A pizza supper will be served to the

children, followed by choir practice. Please pick your children up from the choir room at

7:35pm.

Wee One Morning School will be visiting the Pumpkin Patch on October 17!

Dear Eastside Baptist Church,

The love and kindness outpoured by the church family was overwhelming. Thank you for the

delicious meal prepared by many hands that loved Grandma Mary so deeply. Thank you for being the

hands and feet of Jesus to us all. In Christ, Trey Royal Family,

Lance Royal Family, Luther and Faye Royal Family

We are continuing to collect Supplies for the Christmas Backpacks to support Georgia Baptist Missions Outreach for the children of Appalachia. We have 100 backpacks that we committed to pack. In the month of September we collected TOYS and HYGIENE Items. The month of OCTOBER

we will collect the following items::

Children’s or Teen Bibles, age-appropriate Christian books, socks, t-shirts, hats, sunglasses, toy jewelry, watches, flash-

lights, (with extra batteries), pop-top cans of food, hard can-dy, lollipops, mints, gum, etc… Double bag all candy. NO

CHOCOLATE!! The Backpack age groups: 4-7; 8-10; 11-14; & 15-17

School Classrooms!! Please leave your items in your

Sunday School room or bring to the church office! Thank

you for your support of this Georgia Baptist Missions outreach to the children of Appalachia! Your continued and

faithful help and support filling the backpacks is greatly appreciated!!
