Ingredients Method
• 1 1/2 frozen bananas• 3/4 cup frozen raspberries• 300ml coconut water• 2 tbs flaked coconut• 1 tbs raw cacao powder• 1 scoop THE SUPER

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Top with fresh berries, coconut and cacao.
Blend Vanilla Nourishing Protein, frozen bananas, almond milk, almond butter and vanilla in a blender until smooth.
Pour into glasses, sprinkle with cacao nibs and serve.

Ingredients Method
Skin and cut the sweet potato in cubes. Bring a pot of water to the boil, add sweet potato and cook until soft (approximately 20 minutes).
Drain and set aside to cool. Combine sweet potato, coconut milk and Chocolate Nourishing Protein and blitz. You could add a pinch of salt to the mixture to enhance the flavours.
Fill popsicle molds and freeze.

Ingredients Method
Line tin with baking paper and grease with coconut oil. Blend all the ingredients for the base. Squash onto the bottom and sides of the tin. Freeze for at least 2 hours. Remove carefully and slowly with a sharp knife. Blend all ingredi-ents for the raw chocolate creme and spoon into the base.
Keeps in the fridge for 5 days.

Scoop the avocado into a food processor and blend with the coconut oil and vanilla until smooth, this will take a minute or two.
Add the almond butter, maple, cacao powder, cold water, Chocolate Nourishing Protein and sea salt and blend for a further few minutes until very smooth.

Ingredients Method
Pops• 2 cups of chopped (very
ripe) bananas• 4 pitted dates• 1/2 cup coconut milk• 2 scoops of THE SUPER

Chocolate topping• 1/2 cup chopped cacao butter• 1/2 cup cacao powder• 1 tsp maple syrup
Sprinkles (optional)• pistachios, peanuts,
almonds, pecans, toasted coconut, freeze dried berries, dried fruit
Blend all the pop mixture in a high speed blender.Pour into popsicle moulds & freeze over-night.
This mix made 6 pops, however might make more or less depend-ing on the size/shape of your mould.
To make the chocolate topping gently melt the cacao butter over a double boiler, take off the heat & whisk in the cacao powder & maple syrup (or preferred sweet-ener) to taste.
Dip the pops into the chocolate topping, then the sprinkles.Eat straight away or wrap indi-vidually & freeze in an airtight container.
