If the distance between Machine and Wire Drawing increases, it will decrease the welding

quality and increase consumed gas volume by increasing gas flow rate and flow time

directly proportionally. Gas saving systems “Super Economizer”, improve the quality of

the welding by sustaining constant flow rate (to be free from the negative effect of the

high flow rate and the welding to begin with the standart flow rate).

It decreases the gas consumption by mounting the saving device named “Super

Economizer” to the wire feed, in 0 – 30 meters distance by decreasing the consumed gas

volume by sustaining the gas pressure at the beginning. Therewith, welder or welding

operator can perform the flow rate settings on the product called “Super Economizer”

therefore they do not need to go center and tube for setting the flow rate.

The excessive gas flow has negative effect on gas welding which is flown out in the

beginning of the welding process. As the less shielding gas brings forth pores in the

welding, much gas foams up the welding. The excessive gas flow in the beginning may

cause pores and cracks. “Super Economizer” puts away this situation and inceases

welding quality.

TIME EFFICIENCY

One of the most important factor in the cost of amount of shielding gas in inert-gas

welding. Amount used reduce by half gas saving system called “Super Economizer”

avail of both business economics and state economy.

Inert gas welding gases, much of it given to the environment and the amount vacuumed is

taken to the outside with fans, the significant part of it remains in the air. On the other

hand, working with “Super Economizer” is very beneficiary for occupational health since it

cleans the air of the working environment. Welding operators expose to the gas, which

flown out by the first trigger push. This unwanted situation may cause serious neural

illnesses. This breathed gas decreases the operators' performance in the short term.

Various gases formed during the reactions and CO2, Mixed, Argon gas are given to the

atmosphere. Decreasing these values by half, it will really positively contribute especially

to the solution of the global warming.

Gas tubes are stored outside of the manufacturing area. Due to the distance between tube

storing and welding area and tube changing operation, changing a tube takes

approximately 30 minutes. This situation causes pauses in the manufacturing process.

As a result of decrease in tube changing amount, it is predicted that these pauses may be

decreased. It is also predicted that welding operator will be less physically effected by less

changing.

“ALSE GAS MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS”, “YOU CAN'T MANAGE WHAT YOU CAN'T

MEASURE”

“IS0 9001:2008 QUALITY

MANAGEMENT SYSTEM” “CE”.

with

motto, provides services in gas management systems for the companies

which performs weld production since 2007.

“Gas Metal Arc Welding” is one of the methods which has been used since 1930. The most

crucial element determining the cost for that type of welding is wire and shielding gas

selection. In this welding method coming up to our date, the excess usage of welding

gases resulted from not zoning out the leakages, more than needed due to deficiencies

resulted from working principles of the equipments (Welding Machine, Regulator, Welding

Torch) affects cost in negative way. The patented gas saving systems, invented and

developed by our company, provide solutions to the these problems with gas

measurement and management techniques.

Our products are manufactured in accordance with

and

“ALSE GAS MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS”, prove gas retrenchment values with its free demo

project studies obviously and clearly. Therewith, during the guarentee determined by

Ministry of Industry, gas saving values aimed at companies are in our undertaking. Our

firm provides services at many locations in across Europe, North Africa and Gulf Region

with steadily increasing regional and local dealership network. The applications

performed after our installation, it has been proved that the companies increase their

profit by increasing the yielding of the gas and the yielding of the gas outweighes the

installation cost in a year. Therefore the firms starting to use the application, shall perform

the gas consumation much more efficiently without sacrificing any quality, even with

higher weld quality. In this content, it is obvious that our invention provides so much

saving in inert gas welding operations. We call for you, the valuable company authorities,

not only to earn but also to make you earn.

GAS SAVING SYSTEM

As you know, one of the crucial part of the inert gas welding is TORCH. Once the trigger of

the TORCH is pulled, from the regulator we adjust the intensity of the gas, the intensity

increases (flow rate) between 3 and 6 times of its normal value and it is sent to the

welding zone for between 4 and 10 seconds. This is a totally unwanted situation and one of

the main problem in our welding in current cases. The gas saving system named “Super

Economizer“, prevents wasting of the gas given out at the beginning of the welding, for

which we pay in vain and it provides optimum usage by gaining up to 80% saving.

This new system, developed by the leakages found about the working principles of the

regulator, impedes flow rate increase due to gas pressure in the tube.

In normal melt welding single stage regulator systems, in order to maintain gas flow, you have to set the pressure regulation screw so that it should overcome the input gas pressure. This equation must be provided.

D u r i n g m e l t w e l d i n g process, diaphgram should be moving at all times. After releasing torch trigger, there will be some gas that will accumulate in the hose. This gas accumilation depends on some variables (ie:Hose length and diameter, air temperature etc…). Gas pressure is applied equally on all the points in a closed environment.

F > Fscrew input

This gas accumulation will stop, if;

Input Pressure + Output Pressure = Screw Pressure

F + F = F input output screw

Fig-2(a) shows the gas flow during melt welding process, as you can see, diaphragm is

bent a little to a upper position and there is no gas accumilation during this process. After

releasing torch trigger, screw pressure is higher than input pressure so gas accumilation is

about to start. After gas accumilation starts, gas also starts to apply pressure to all points

in the hose. This pressure pushes the diaphragm downwards. When accumulated gas

pressure plus input gas pressure equals to screw pressure, gas accumilation stops. This

state is shown in Fig-2(b).

Every welding machine has a selenoid valve locadet in the portable box. This valve works

with trigger so that when you push the trigger valve becomes active and gas flow occurs.

When you push trigger again, valve will be closed and gas flow stops.

When you push the trigger, the valve will be active and the accumulated gas flows into the

air immediatly. Because of this, every time that we start the welding process, the gas that

is accumulated goes in to the air and this gas can not be used in the process itself.

Our gas saving system prevents this gas waste and it uses this inert gas in to the process.
