Sunoco’s Retail Marketing Business is comprised of approximately 4,700 retail

gasoline outlets in 24 states, which are primarily supplied by five high-efficiency

refineries that produce over 900,000 barrels per day. With over 5 billion gallons of

gasoline sold and $700 million of merchandise sales per year, Sunoco is a major

retailer and recognized brand in the sale of gasoline and convenience store items.

Sunoco’s retail outlets are primarily located along the east coast of the United States;

Sunoco APlus® convenience stores are located along the east coast from

Massachusetts to Florida and west into upstate New York and Ohio. Our 740 APlus

stores carry national brand-named products incuding: snacks, beverages, cigarettes,

hot and cold lunches, and fresh-brewed Gulliver's® coffee. Most of our stores are

open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days of the year.

Sunoco Ultra Service Center® automotive repair facilities are located along the east

coast from New England to Northern Virginia and west into Pennsylvania. Customers

can trust their car to our certified and highly-trained technicians. They use the latest

on-line diagnostics to identify the problem and repair your car. We offer a 12,000-

mile/12-month warranty with services performed at any Ultra Service Center or at

any one of over 2,000 nationwide locations in the warranty program.

In 2004, Sunoco became the "Official Fuel of NASCAR." Under the ten-year

agreement, Sunoco will provide racing gasoline for NASCAR's three national series

-- the NASCAR Nextel Cup Series, NASCAR Busch Series, and the NASCAR

Craftsman Truck Series -- distributing gasoline to more than 400 race tracks in the

United States.

Sunoco manufactures a broad line of paraffinic and aromatic specialty oils, waxes

and basestocks, which are created according to our customers specifications. Using

only select low sulfur crudes, these products exhibit an outstanding quality, clarity,

color and consistency that help our customers achieve high efficiencies and product

performance.

Our Chemical's product line includes phenol, acetone, nonene, tetramer, alpha-

methylstyrene, toluene, xylene, benzene, cyclohexane, bisphenol-A, and

polypropylene. We are the number one producer of phenol in the United States and

number two globally. And, we are now the number three producer of polypropylene

in North America.

We are positioned as one of the largest chemical market regions in the U.S., with the

infrastructure of a large refining base. We have a full-service integrated chemical unit

that is customer focused and is committed to new project development to support

customer demand.

In addition, we provide specialized transportation fuels, including railroad diesel and

marine diesel fuels and ultra low sulfur kerosene which can be used for winter diesel

blending as well as for heating fuel.

MÖKENERGY

2009 marks fifteen years experience in designing and building CPV (Concentrated Photo Voltaic) systems that produce electrical power at substantially reduced costs when compared to conventional photo voltaic systems. MÖKENERGY has achieved costs of seven cents per peak watt. At these prices hydroge.n is made at $0.11 per kg

One hundred and eighty thousand pounds of hydrogen gas

made from water and sunlight is offered for sale for $10,000.

This gas is produced at a rate of seven hundred and fifty

pounds per month for a term of two hundred and forty

months.

The hydrogen offered here is made by a hydrogen producing

solar unit which is manufactured and set into operation within

60 months after receipt of funds. Funds received from this sale

will be loaned to the gas unit builder organized to build these

units, until units are completed. Work in process will

collateralize this use of funds during the construction period.

Once the unit is operating and producing gas for the buyer, the

lien is extinguished and a lien is placed on the individual unit to

secure the term and value of production.

The builder has the right to purchase from the gas buyer the

output for a one time payment of $50,000 plus an overage

based on gas prices in effect at the time of the purchase. This

buyback may be executed prior to the end of the 60 month

construction period.

Each solar unit is 66 ft in size and produces 50 pounds of

hydrogen gas each day from 55 gallons of water each day using

solar energy collected in Ohio. Seven hundred and fifty pounds

per month is less than 25 pounds per day. Excess hydrogen

production goes to the builder to pay operating costs.

The units once built are installed on abandoned mine lands

owned by the State of Ohio or other suitable land organized by

the builder. The hydrogen gas is sold to gas users like NiSource

and Columbia Gas of Ohio which collects the gas and mixes it

with existing gas supplies or gas is sold to other industrial users

who use hydrogen in industrial and chemical applications. The

builder, owner, operator will be responsible for all sales to users

and will remit proceeds to the buyer here under the terms of

this agreement based on the price of natural gas.

The builder guarantees the first 750 pounds each month to the

buyer, and agrees to pay a price equal to 2.55 times the price of

natural gas on a weight basis, this being equal to the price of

natural gas on a heat value basis.

This system attached to a 20 meter diameter dish produces 23 kg (50 pounds) of hydrogen each day from 56 gallons of water (207 liters) each day. Many thermochemical processes may be used to produce hydrogen from water using solar energy.
