ABSTRACT

Police Service is one of the most defense renowned services all over the world. There are various modules in this service like transfers, promotions and many more.

This project exactly concentrates on this aspect----automation of police transfers as transfers done generally in a tedious process, thus over coming various aspects and difficulties in general transfers and making the transfers very simpler, easier and quicker by using this automation process.

This automation of police transfers mainly concentrates on following aspects:

Hierarchy Of Divisions:

Circles

Stations

Classification Of Stations:

Type1: Plain station and Agency station.

Type2: General station and Woman station.Criterion for transfers:

1. A person who has worked five years in plain area station or three years in agency should be transferred.2. If current posting is agency then the person should be placed at plain area station.

3. If ANS (Anti Naxal Squad) posting is there for any person then he should not be transferred.

4. If a person is to be transferred to agency, his age should be less than forty.

5. A male cannot be posted in woman station.

6. A person should not be posted in circles where he really worked.

7. A person should not be placed in his native place circle.CONTENTS
