Program Manager for Network Model and Management System (NMMS) integrated with operations, planning, and TDSPs in ERCOT territory

Created requirements and design for NMMS solution

Significantly extended CIM 61970 to create classes and attributes for NMMS solution to provide model for EMS, MMS, settlements, and TDSP operations and planning models
