invite you to become part of our church family.
Nurseries: are offered during all of our worship services and Sunday School.
Sunday School: for all ages with comprehensive, Bible-centered curriculum designed to ground children and teens in the Word and faith.
Kingdom Kids: is for our 2-3 & 4-5 year old's. Bible time, play time and snack time takes place in their classrooms and playroom in the Breakfast Café area.
Kidz Blast: is designed for K-3rd graders. “Kidz” are dismissed from the morning service, after praise and worship, look for the kidz blast flag and the adult who will lead the kids downstairs for their own time of learning about God’s Word.
Word of Life: is an exciting program on Wednesday nights from 6:30pm-8:00pm for pre–K through 5th grade that provides children with training in the Scriptures and personal devotions. Kids interact with each other in fun group games and learn together through a Christ-centered Bible lesson.

Women’s Bible Study, Wednesdays 9:15am or 6:30pm in the Fireside room. We are studying 1 Peter, by Jen Wilkins, altogether as we are challenged to look beyond our present circumstances and be encouraged by a living hope in Christ! This study will include a combination of video teaching and discussion and will run for most of the Fall season till mid Nov.
Men’s Group - This year we will study Romans, the most important letter ever written!
This in-depth Men’s Bible Study include video segments featuring Tommy Nelson. We encourage all men to join
us each Wednesday from 6:30-8pm in the East Overflow.
Nursery - Help needed during Am Service and for a coordinator for one Sunday a month. For more information see Christine Harned.
Tuesday, October 31st from 6-8pm As a church body, we have an opportunity to work
together for our annual fall outreach to our community. Many hands are needed, so please consider signing up to
run a game/station at the Welcome Center. We can help you with ideas, if needed, just mark on the sheet when you sign up. Thank you for your
candy donations, so far. We need lots of candy! Donations may be brought to the office or the Welcome Center until the night of the event.
There is also a sign-up sheet for food donations (cookies, cider etc.)
Set-up will be on Monday night, October 30th, from 6:00pm—8:00pm If you cannot attend the 6-8 setup time, please arrange a time, before
the event starts with the office or David Laansma (616-299-0665)
Missions—We have a few spots on the Missions Committee that are open. This is a need for us and an opportunity for you! If you are interested in serving in this way please talk to either Eric Manrose (Missions Chair) or Dean Thompson (the Missions deacon). Thank you! This would involve being a liaison with a few of our missionaries as well as meeting with the committee a few times a year, after the AM service.
Reverb ‘17 Nov. 10th (leaving FBC at 4:30pm) & Nov. 11th (pick-up at 7:30 am)
At this huge sports complex we will play some group games, hockey game, eat food and have time to hang out and grow closer as a group.
Grab your registration sheet for more details at the youth board and invite a friend who has not been to our youth group
this year to save on cost!
If you are interested in becoming a member of FBC, please sign up at the Welcome Center for a “first step interview” with Pastor Nate & Hope.
There are open dates between Oct. 8th & Nov. 5th during Sunday School. If you have questions, please contact the office or the Archers.

PASTOR APPRICIATION MONTH
We will be collecting a love offering for our Pastors during the month of October for Pastor Appreciation Month. Please use the envelopes
