The following changes will be made as of Monday, April 17:• All doors and the elevator will be locked at 5 p.m.• Each administrative committee, ministry committee, and group that meets on a regular basis will be given a code to access doors and the elevator.1. The code will remain the same for the calendar year.2. The chairs of the groups will be notified of codes. 3. The codes will be included on the meeting reminder emails. 4. The code will only work for 30 minutes before the meeting and one hour from the beginning of the meeting. (Ex. For a 5:30 meeting, the code will work from 5:00 to 6:30.) Remember, you can always exit through the doors and elevator. 5. It will be imperative for you to notify Rick Isbell and Kate Spencer of any meeting date and/or time changes, so the schedule for the custodians and the doors can be changed. • Miscellaneousgroupswhoonlymeetonceortwicewillbegivenacodethat will work only one time. • Itwillbeveryimportantforpeopletorefrainfromproppingdoorsopenatany time.
