Welcome to our brand new News Sheet!

As we are unable to gather on Sundays during this COVID-19 crisis, we still

wanted to find as many ways as possible to remain connected together, and

share news and updates among the fellowship.

We will be sharing it on our website - but from next week, if you would appre-

ciate having it either emailed to your inbox, or posted through your letterbox

(!), then please do let the Church Office know and we will add you to the distri-

bution list.

Update

As you are likely to be aware, almost all public events and groups are currently

on hold. As a church we have had to press the pause button on all weekly gath-

ering (more information is in the letter to members and friends - available on

Jon’s Blog), but for clarity here is a list of addition events that this has affected:

Music Group practise (was due on 23rd March)

Easter Cracked (was due on 30th March-3rd April)

Joe and Lois Ovenden visit (was due on May 17th)

LIFT Cardiff Youth event (was due on 27th March)

Reboot Cardiff (was due on 25th April)

We are still waiting news from Spree Wales (currently scheduled for the 3rd-

5th of July), as soon as we know more we will update you.

YouTube Live!

On Sundays we will be live streaming messages via Youtube live at 10:30am

and 6:00pm. Please join us if you are able! You will be able to view these with-

out a youtube account, and they will also be available on Smart TVs/Fire stick

etc. for those without tablets/laptops. There will be a link on our website to

follow to the right stream!

Members Meetings

Please note that the AGM scheduled for the 1st of April has had to be post-

poned and will not now be taking place. We will endeavour to hold a church

members meeting as soon as it is practically possible to do so.

Can you help?

If you are able and willing to help during this period with phoning those who

are isolated or delivering essential supplies to people’s doorsteps, then please

do be in touch and let Jon know. Equally, if you know of people in any kind of

difficulty due to self-isolation, please do pass that on.
