Minimum of 4 players dealt in at the start of the hand. The list of days of high hands is only for the month of January 2020. Must use both hole cards and must be the best five card hand to qualify. First payout is the time frame after the starting hour for a qualifying hand. Must be $10 or more in the pot for cash games. Must beat the current high hand. Ties will not qualify. An ace full of deuces is the minimum qualifier to win. A player is eligible if there is a split pot with another player(s) at the same table and uses both hole cards to make the best five card hand. If two players at the same table have the same best five cards and qualify, they will split the high hand payout. Final payout is on the hour. If the supervisor suspects a player is stalling in order to receive a high hand, the player may not be awarded the payout. Stalling is considered cheating and will not be tolerated. Must have a Total Rewards card and Valid I.D. to win. The time that the final action is completed in a hand will be used to determine the Qualifying Period for which the hand shall qualify. If necessary, a supervisor will use Surveillance to get an official time. The time shown on the High Hand clock will determine the payout period. If surveillance cannot determine a clear winner between two high hands with completed action at the same time, the players will split the payout. Management reserves the right to cancel or alter this promotion at any time. o This promotion may be postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled for the day and/or the value reduced in the event of major weather storms or other major events. Winners must show a valid I.D. and Caesars Rewards card to collect winnings. Residents of foreign countries without a U.S. tax treaty will be subject to withholding. Winners are responsible for any United States federal, state or local taxes and/or government fees that may be imposed in connection with the acceptance of the prize. Players must be 21 or older to participate. Any circumstances not covered in the rules will be decided on by a Supervisor or above and will be final.
