Coconut Macaroons 5 1/2 cups flaked coconut 1 can condensed milk 2 tsp vanilla 1 1/2 tsp almond extract 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl combine coconut, milk and extracts. Mix well. Drop by spoonfuls onto parchment paper. Bake 8-10 minutes until lightly browned. Remove from sheet immediately.
