Parent Options for Google Classroom Option A: Have your child’s login information, install the app and periodically check their homeroom and subject pages.

Bonus: This allows you to see all attachments and assignments as the students see them.

Option B: Provide your email to your child’s homeroom teacher in order to receive daily or weekly notifications to your inbox (you choose your preference in the settings).

* This allows you to see missing work that was assigned in Google Classroom, upcoming work and classroom announcements

(NB Not all teachers use this function!)

* You can unsubscribe or remove yourself from Classroom at any time

● Your teachers do not want to be responsible for your technology

Catch Up ClassSummit will be running Catch Up Class during first break every day. This class is an opportunity for all to complete work and it is an expectation for those who have arrived to class late and missed the beginning of a class.

For those that miss this opportunity when they have been asked to attend by a staff member, an email will be sent home notifying parents that the student was late and missed the opportunity to make up their learning.
