A summer of horseback riding fun awaits you at Nottingham Equestrian Center. Our professional staff works extremely hard to put together a schedule of sessions that will delight and challenge all levels of riders.

The remaining camp hours will be filled with both educational and recreational activities. Horse educational topics include presentations from our barn farrier and visiting veterinarians on horse health issues. Recreational activities

Each day of camp will include grooming and tacking of one of our well-trained ponies or horses for a one hour mounted lesson. The lessons will work on improving riders'balance and position as well as coordination with their horses in different ridingpatterns and exercises. Immediately after their lesson, campers will enjoy a short, relaxing trail ride around the farm.

Camp meets Monday - Friday, 9am to 3pm. Check-in is between 845 and 9am Monday morning. Campers will perform a riding demonstration on Friday afternoon with a party for family and friends following.

SESSIONSSessions are limited to 14 students, ages 5 to 12.

The fee for the week is $375. A discounted fee of $350 is available for a child attending a second week. A $175 deposit is required for each child in each session and must be included with the application.

Cost for before and after care is $7.00/hr, and must be prepaid at Monday morning check-in. Before care is available from 8 to 9am Monday through Friday and after care is available from 3 to 6pm Monday through Thursday.

Reservations for camp cannot be made over the phone. We do not accept credit cards as payment. Cash or check ONLY.
