LOCATION OF THE PROJECT

River Breeze offers well - appointed affordable flats in Baidyabati, right on the bank of Ganga. On the other side is the

Grand Trunk Road.

Spread across 8.33 acres, River Breeze is a complete modern housing complex - with well laid out gardens,

driveways, car parking, jogging track, children's play area, gym, swimming pool, security and more. 

HOW TO REACH

From Camac Street we need to take a bus to Howrah . Then from Howrah we take a local train

from the main line to Baidyabati and reach there . From the baidyabati station we need to get of

to the main road known as GT road and from there we need to take a bus or a auto rickshaw to a

place known as the Palta Ghat . From Palta Ghat we have to walk for 5 minutes to reach the

Chitra River Breeze .

AMENITIES PRESENT IN THE SITE

The project Chitra River Breeze is providing with lots of amenities inside the site itself . Since it

is located in a remote area the project is providing with all the facilities possible .

AMENITIES PRESENT NEAR THE SITE IN BAIDYABATI ( AREA SURVEY )

The project is situated at baidya bati and the project has got lots of amenities nearby it. The

amenities present are of much help to the people who are going to buy the flats at the Chitra

River Breeze . The ESI hospital is present at a very short diatance from the project . It takes

nearly 5 minutes to visit the hospital from the project . The main bus stop Palta Ghat and the

market for the people is also situated at a distance of nearly 5 minutes from the project . The

Railway Station of baidyabati is nearly 10 minutes from the site and lots of transport is available

to the railway station from the site . The municipal office is 15 – 20 minutes from t6he site and

the coarporation office is also 15 – 20 minutes from the site . If we avail from the other side of

the project we get the chandannagar railway station and the Durgapur expressway at a 20 – 25

minutes distance from the site . Schools like Chandannagar High school is at a distance of 20 –

25 minutes from the site . Colleges like BITM , Assebly of Christ academy and many more are

present in Baidyabati and is ata avery short distance . Some of the banks like SBI and ICICI and

IDBI are there at baidyabati and is near the site . ATM’s of SBI is also there nearby .

and studio apartment. All flats are accommodated with all modern facilities to give you all

pleasure of living. It is located on the GT road and is at Uttarpara .

HOW TO REACH

From camac street we take a bus to the Howrah station . From the Station we take a train of the

main line and we reach the Uttarpara station and from there we have to take an auto or a

rickshaw to the GT road . From GT road we walk for 5 minutes to the Puja Ganges site . There is

another way to the site . from Camac street we take a bus to Shyambzar or metro to Shyambazar

and from there we take a bus directly to Uttarpara . This route is directly on the GT road and we

drop in front of the site or the project directly from the bus . These are the two ways of reaching

the site directly from our office at Camac Street .

AMENITIES PRESENT IN THE SITE

The project is a very well versed project in Uttarpara . Since it’s a very big project of the ganges

group the group had decided to put up a few lots of amenities in the site itself for the help of the

customers who are going to buy or had already bought flats in this project . The amenities are

provided in the site itself and are basic amenities that are required in the daily lifestyle of a

common person .

The amenities that are provided there are : -

This project has got a tie with many banks for the aesy availablement of the loans for the

customer who is willing to buy a flat over there . The way to the project or the proper

roadmap to the project is hand drawn and is provided .

AMENITIES PRESENT NEAR THE SITE IN UTTARPARA ( AREA SURVEY )

There are lots of amenities present near the site Puja Ganges . This amenities come to a great

help to the people who are residing at the Puja Ganges project recently . The main amenities are

listed here and this come to a lot of usefulness to the common man residing at the projects . The

main amenity the hospital is very near the project . The Pitambar hospital is a 5 minutes diatance

from the project . Recently a new hospital is coming up in this area the Kamala Roy hospital just

a diatance of 15 minutes from the site . The station Uttarpara is very near and it hardly takes

around 5 minutes to reach there from the site . The Konnagar station is also very near . A very

close by Petrol pump is there at a distance of hardly 5 minutes from the site . As it is situated on

the GT road a lot of connection with Kolkata is there . Lots of transport like buses and taxis are

available from the road . The market is situated at a distance of about 10 mins from the site and

it’s a very big market to avail . Talking about Schools and colleges there are lots of Schools in

that area . The Konnagar High school is at a distance of about 5 mins from the site And Schools

like Aurobindo Bidyapit , Kanaipara High School is also very near to the project . The Hiralal

Pal college is around 15 mins from the project . Two Medicine shops are there around the project

. And lastly the SBI bank is there And many ATM’s are also present like SBI , Axis Bank’s are

very close to the project .

COMPARISM

This project has a Competitor in this area It’s the Merlin Uttara in the Konnagar stretch .

Comparing with the Merlin Uttara there are lots of differences in these two projects . The

Comparisn is in amenities and the place . The Merlin Uttara is providing Multi Utility AC

Community Hall , Puja Ganges is providing AC Banquet Hall , Merlin Uttara is providing

Swimming pool , Puja Ganges is not Providing Swimming pool , Merlin Uttara is providing

Multigym , Puja Ganges is providing Gym as well as Yoga room also , Merlin is providing

outdoor and indoor games place , Puja Ganges is also providing Indoor and outdoor games . The

Puja Ganges is provind with Mini Theatre , Merlin is not , Puja Ganges is also providing

Intercom , Merlin is not , Puja Gnages is providing Cesc personal meter , Merlin is not

providing. These were the amenities present inside in both the projects . Now coming to the road

the Puja Ganjes site is just 5 minutes from the Konnagar station whereas the Merlin Uttara is 10

minutes away from the station . Merlin is situated at GT road and the Puja Ganges is also

situated at the GT road , Merlin is 2 km away from the Pitambar Hospital whereas the Puja

Ganges is just 5 minutes from the Hospital , Merlin is 3 km away from the Konnagar high school

but Puja ganges is just 5 minutes away from the school , The Hiralal college is just 10 minutes

from the Puja Ganges site but its 2 km from the Merlin Uttara . The Autostand is at the doorstep

of Merlin and the bus stop is at the doorstep of Puja Ganges . The main problem with the Merlin

Uttara project is that there is a chemical factory behind the project which pollutes the

surrounding environment of the project whereas we see that there is nothing as such near the

Puja Ganges site . So after a brief comparison we see that the Project Puja Ganges is far more

superior to the Merlin Uttara Project .
