What is Civic Engagement?
CIVIC ENGAGEMENT
Definition: Working to make a difference in the civic lives of our communities and developing the combination of knowledge, skills, values, and motivation to make that difference, through both political and non-political processes

ACTIVE CITIZENRY SERIES
A series of workshops that will empower participants to become civically involved on an individualand community level
ALTERNATIVE SERVICE BREAKS
26 locations for students to engage in direct service to a community, while being immersed in the culture
Held during fall, winter, and spring breaks
