The external work and internal work (done by organs) done by them is by means of the Vital Energy which is accumulated in the brain during sleep. Work power Or Strength does not come from food but from sleep. Food helps to build up the tissues. Effective Quantity of Food Muscle workers should consume half of the food they take now while Brain workers must take only 1/10th of the same. And a sick person should not eat at all till he or she feels hungry. Overeating is not only dangerous but much more dangerous compared to no eating. Sleep more and eat less (eat only when you are hungry and preferably according to the quantities of food stated above). How to Sleep -- 1. Absolute quietude of mind 2. Stop all physical and mental activities with complete trust in the universe by using Gratitude 3. Sleep with your head in a current of air i.e., the air you breathe during your sleep must be fresh at all times i.e., always sleep in a room where ventilation is very good.(Do this however inconvenient ) 4. Sleep for maximum 6 hours (10 hours has again been found to be very harmful) 5. Do not ever eat before going to sleep as energy is gained in sleep but digestion of the food causes that energy to be wasted. 6. Just before going to sleep think good thoughts (as the last thought before sleep lingers for the entire period of sleep) i.e., picture yourself just the way you want to be and hold a deep gratitude to the great formless living substance for giving it to you, hold that with firm purpose backed by unwavering faith.

Work Power and Sleep

All living organisms receive their energy during sleep. The external work and internal work (done by organs) done by them is by means of the Vital Energy which is accumulated in the brain during sleep.

Scientific Living and Healing During Sickness-- Eat only and only when you really feel hungry

(Test it for sometime -1 hour if you are really hungry) Digestion of food is work so nature preserves energy preserves energy to heal body. So we feel no hunger during sickness.

Don’t mention food to the sick person but only when they ask for it. Warning to those who like to eat—don’t stuff yourself with food as the

unnecessary part of the food turns to make you fat and the rest collect as filth in the alimentary tract and blood becomes like “the sewage water of the cities”.

People who fast lose weight but that loss falls on tissues which can best be spared. Germs cannot originate in a perfectly healthy body where the blood is very pure. We do not need food when we wake up as there is no destruction of tissues and in

addition we are already energized –-our brain is fully charged. Drop off breakfast.

At noon eat a moderate meal (eat what you like best). Supper— Take a very light meal. In all of your meals there is no need to worry about calories, nitrogen, protein, carbohydrates —just eat what you like but the amount should be as stated above.

Mind Cures

1. To cure any part of the body exercise that portion twice daily for 10 mins (better than a 2 hr session per day) & message ----------------------------- that part only.

2. The above was to draw attention of your brain to that portion of the body and then think thoughts of the way you see that part of the body to be.

3. Don’t feel fear for that part (say stomach) but feel good, happy thoughts about it, feel good about it.

4. To fast and also to keep your stomach in a perfect condition- eat only 1/16th to 1/10th of the amount of food your friends eat in each meal.

Nature and Development of Will Power

Use your will to direct your thoughts —to get control over your thoughts.

Exercise for greater Vital Energy —--

To get vital power quit reaching, grabbing and snatching for it. Lie down, shut your eyes, get still, stop the busy hand, close your eyes, suspend all actions of the senses and life comes in. Cease all activities and couple on to your life and get charged. Life comes to you.

Exercise for Will Power —--

Whenever your thinker goes beyond control. Sit in silence and do not think of any thoughts. (Say 2 mins) Do this twice daily.

A brain worker/an old man / an invalid can eat 1 meal a day.

A Hard Worker / a young person can eat 2 moderate meals a day.

Eat only when you are hungry.

Sleep in pure air (fresh and continuously flowing air).

Acquire the power of will.

Always Think Good Thoughts.

Have a Great Health and an Awesome Life.
