SUMMARY OF GREEK SAILING HEALTH AND SAFETY GUIDELINES Note: This is a summary document as of June 30, 2021 and subject to change. 1. Register with Greece Complete passenger locator form (PLF) https://travel.gov.gr/#/ (one per family) Bring the original physical proof of vaccination ( required at entry) Passenger locator form and QR code assigned 1 day prior to Greece entry 2. Online or App Check-in Download Seabourn Source App and/or check-in online Fill in required risk-acknowledgement form Complete Pre-board health questionnaire 72 hours before check-in Get boarding pass and check-in time 3. Embarkation Show physical proof of vaccination Show completion of risk acknowledgment and health questionnaire Antigen test at port (administered and provided at no charge) Additional health screening (as required) 4. Onboard Cohort/travel parties encouraged; physical distance from those outside travel party In the event masks are required in select locations on the ship and while ashore, Seabourn will provide a double-layer cloth mask for each guest on board Report any health issues Additional health screening (as required) 5. Shorex Seabourn-organized shorex encouraged Independent excursions permitted Follow local rules and regulations while onshore 6. Pre-departure test Antigen or PCR Day 6 (for travel home requirements, administered and provided at no charge)

ADDITIONAL NOTES: Arrival into Greece: All travelers must complete the Passenger Locator Form (PLF) no later than 23:59 (11.59 PM) of the day before entering the country.

• One Passenger Locator Form (PLF) submitted per family.

• Travelers will receive a confirmation email upon submission of the PLF.• Travelers will receive the PLF with their unique Quick Response (QR) code on the day of their

scheduled arrival in Greece and will be notified via email (the QR code will be provided in alink in the confirmation email).

• Travelers boarding a flight on the previous day of the arrival will be allowed to do so uponshowing the initial PLF confirmation email, since they may receive their QR code during theirflight or voyage.

• The PLF can also be found on the Visit Greece app and at travel.gov.gr.• It is strongly recommended that all visitors download the Visit Greece app (GDPR compliant)

for free, prior their arrival in Greece.

Return to home country (US): All air passengers coming to the United States, including U.S. citizens and fully vaccinated people, are required to have a negative COVID-19 test result no more than 3 days before travel or documentation of recovery from COVID-19 in the past 3 months before they board a flight to the United States.
