The International Maritime Organization has confirmed the January 1, 2020 enforcement of a global cap on total sulfur at 0.5% (5000 ppm). This is a reduction from the current 3.5% cap.

Both Petra 4294 and Petra Max provide rapid analysis of Sulfur in Bunker Fuel and Marine Diesel using ISO 8217 approved methods.
