FACTORY CAPABILITIES

The factory is located in the western Pennsylvania region. Sukup Steel Structures offers the Zeus-Shield Standing Seam roof system product and two architectural style roofs. All hardware, building accessories, and fasteners are provided in high-strength, corrosion-resistant finishes and color coded to match exterior paint finish where exposed.

Screw-Down Roof - PBRSukup Steel Structures also manufactures a 26 gauge screw-down roof. This style of roof is economical and simple to install. Screw-down roofs are available in Galvalume

Exterior Wall PanelsSukup Steel Structures exterior PBR wall panels are made from 26 gauge steel and feature extra deep 1 1/4” ribs for greater durability and strength. Exterior panels are available in all 12 Sukup standard colors and Galvalume

Our automated technology enables the factory to produce higher quality building system components in less time at a very competitive price. Your assigned District Sales Manager will make it easy for you to visit our facilities and meet our craftsmen.

STEP 3: TAKE A TEST DRIVE.

Give our team an opportunity to quote the project. We’ll put together a proposal featuring top quality standard products, such as galvanized purlins and girts and standing seam roof systems that are backed by certified quality standards, industry leading warranties and excellent sales service. We will engineer, fabricate and deliver your project “hassle free.”

STEP 4: CONSTRUCT THE BUILDING.

Our technicians will quickly respond to your inquiries during the construction process. When completed, we’ll support your marketing efforts to showcase your building. If you like the process, jump on board and become a Sukup Steel Structures Contractor/Builder. We will help you become

an authorized Builder so you can use our proprietary software to assist your customers with preliminary building system design, specification conformance and the completion of the system procurement process. A two-day software training for your staff will be provided.

Sukup Steel Structures designs, engineers, and manufactures systems construction buildings utilizing steel frame I-beam platform. All secondary framing, including purlins, girts and base angles, is hot-dipped galvanized providing long-life rust protection. We offer a 40-year limited warranty against chipping, cracking, peeling or blistering on all panel and trim with CERAM-A-STAR® 1050 Silicone-modified Polyester. We also offer the same limited warranty with 35 years for our Trinar 70% PVDF Color Finish.

Sukup Steel Structures will qualify for LEED product recognition. Made of 90+% recyclable materials, steel buildings are environmentally friendly, and our Cool Chemistry® roofs help to make our buildings energy efficient.

Sukup Steel Structures is a fully-owned subsidiary of Sukup Manufacturing Co. Sukup has over 55 years of experience in manufacturing steel products.
