Suggestions for improving Academic 1. Faculty feedback system for improving teaching. 2. Faculty must prepare subject materials (slides or pdf in attractive format) 3. Faculty should maintain Record Book for identifying Lecture Status during the semester. 4. Each and Every Faculty has to submit Progress Report done by him/her during semester. 5. Divide students into groups and allocate to the faculties for counseling in which faculties are fully responsible for allocated group. 6. Adopt methods of explanations which are suitable to the students. 7. More Concentration on written test than practical. 8. We can provide some alternates of assignments like project work, seminars, presentations and many more. 9. Expert and Advisory Board for analyzing as well as improving our work. --Hardik Gohel
