– Excursion of Successful facilitators (60% Star facilitators) to
Kovai Coutralam – Natural theme park near Coimbatore
– Sharing of experiences, problems, solutions and way forward, each
of them was suppose to interact with 3 randomly picked other
team members and with the them interaction, sharing etc was to be
done
– Individual presentation on what they learnt for the day and
takeaways from the program at the concluding session.
– PM, ZM and Dy ZM facilitated the event
