I have participated in Next Level and personal training. Next Level is a great program for young athletes to start off their workout sessions while also learning new workout drills. All of the personal trainers are friendly and personable. They also are flexible with their sched- ules, which is helpful for busy athletes. How has Health Fitness helped you reach your athletic goals? Health Fitness has the equipment and trained professionals to push me in the right direction to reach my goals. I rate their programs a 10 out of 10. What are your future plans? I plan to attend Iowa State Univer- sity, where I have a softball scholar- ship. I am majoring in kinesiology. Success Story

Next LevelFor 15- to 22-year-old athletes8:45 to 10 a.m.Mondays, Wednesdays, FridaysJune 3 through July 26
Next Level focuses on cardiovascular endurance, plyometric exercises, speed drills, and weight training. Participants will have pre- and post- program screenings for agility, flexibility, speed and strength.
The cost is $144 for Health Fitness members and students at schools that have athletic training contracts with Great River Health System. It is $180 for all others. Call 319-768-4191 to register.
