They impact 2,432 teachers through coaching

and leading effective teams.

Together, they impact 70,000 students for

the better.

My job as principal has changed since my school

joined LE because I now have the ability to

allow my teacher leader to take ownership of

developing teachers in the building and we work

together as a team.

Leading Educators helped me to propel

my teacher into a leadership role and

gave her the vision of how her role

inside the classroom directly impacted

a positive change in the school.

All principals surveyed

report that their teacher

opportunities to improve

Over 80% of the fellows responding to the survey say the program helped

them to understand their strengths

and weaknesses and how they are

perceived by others at their school.

agree that since they began

the fellowship they feel

more effective in their role.

More than 85% say that the Fellowship has positively impacted

their decision to continue to teach
