Radiology and Laboratory

Billing module of Crave Integrated Healthcare Management Solution (cIHMS) is designed to handle billing for all the services and

items for the patients served by the customer. Billing module can be configured to accept the payment by department or as a central

payment desk for multiple departments. Billing module is capable accepting payment by Cash, check, credit card, smart card, and

mobile. User can accept payments for one or multiple services and post the payments in combination of different payment types

including insurance and employer.

Radiology module is fully integrated with other modules of Crave Integrated Healthcare Management Solution (cIHMS).

Authorized user at radiology can view all the approved tests for each patient and enter the test results and attach images upon the

completion of the tests in the system which are made available to the authorized users (e.g. physician) for review real-time.

Billing module can accept advance payments, partial payments or final payments from the same place. The financial postings are

automatically reflected real-time as the billing transactions are posted.

Laboratory module is fully integrated with other modules of Crave Integrated Healthcare Management Solution (cIHMS).

Authorized user at laboratory can view all the approved tests for each patient and enter the test results and attach test result

documents upon the completion of the tests in the system which are made available to the authorized users (e.g. physician) for

review real-time. In this module there is configurable workflow which will allow authorized user to review and approve the entered

readings. The readings are validated against normal range of each test and all the abnormalities are highlighted real-time.
