Over the past several weeks, the Forever family has suffered some tremendous losses; Forever Business Owners, a leader in our industry, a Country Manager. I can’t tell you how sad I was to hear this news and how much I’ve thought of their friends and families through this difficult time. As I’ve thought about each of these individuals over the last few weeks, I’ve been struck by the impression that each has left on our Forever family, and the world.

Through their compassion, hard work and dedication to help others, each of these people has left a legacy that will have a ripple effect throughout their communities, countries and really, the world. Though it has shaken us to learn of their passing, through this service to others, their legacies live on.

Sometimes we are lucky enough to cross paths with someone whose spirit seems larger than life itself. This member of the Forever Family quickly became a leader in our business, not just in her country – but all over the world. Her passion was truly contagious, her belief in building up those around her, unwavering, and these spread like wildfire to everyone who was fortunate enough to hear her speak. Each person she shared her knowledge and inspiration with continues to add to her legacy.

The lessons learned from these individuals are many. We are all afforded an amazing opportunity each day to create a part of our own legacies. Every choice we make, every life we touch, ever life that touches ours, these are the connections and impressions that can truly make a difference between a life lived and a life lived well.

One of these people was the very embodiment of determination. He built a successful Forever business in one of our largest countries in terms of land mass but lowest population density. When your closest neighbors are miles away over rugged and sparse terrain, you must work very hard, day by day, over many years to build a successful business. You must be dedicated and hard working. Every mile he traveled to share his passion about Forever’s products and business built a part of his legacy.

Another opened one of our countries and forged a new path. His kindness and drive directly led to the success of many FBOs, yet he never sought the spotlight. He saw the value in celebrating others’ success and lifting them up to accomplish their dreams. Every smile and kind word shared, every value instilled in a new Forever Business Owner, another part of his legacy.

It’s intrinsically tied to the idea of helping others and it is one of the main reasons that our social business works. Because we want to share things we think will help others or make them feel good, we naturally want them to enjoy products we love or a business opportunity that has changed our lives for the better.

Think about how much you share in your own business, and I don’t mean just 1 to 1s or business presentations, I mean true sharing. When you pass along your personal experiences genuinely with others, you connect emotionally. It was wonderful to see so many of our top FBO’s at the Luxurious “Silver Managers Retreat” at the Taj Exotica, Goa and the Ultra Luxurious “Gold Managers Retreat” at the Taj Falaknuma Palace, Hyderabad. This was my first manager’s retreat and the effort, dedication, love and affection put together by “Team Nikita” surpassed all previous efforts. This was personally shared with me by most of our great FBO’s. In spite of the fact that there were two major events in July the team managed to pull off the events beautifully. The Traditional Goan welcome, sumptuous Goan Food, exciting dance show and the nail biting treasure hunt set the pulse racing. The Goa Retreat ended on a high as most of the FBO’s went back with a resolve to come back for the Gold Retreat next year. Falaknuma Palace for the Gold Retreat was simply amazing. It was a Real Royal experience for everyone with Horse Drawn carriages, dining in the Royal Dining Hall of the Nizam at the World’s Longest Dining Table, being the highlights. Some of the other highlights were the visit to the Golconda Fort and exciting games. FBO’s were also given sufficient time to explore the vast palace on their own and immerse in the luxurious facilities provided by the Resort. The exciting gifts they got everyday kept up the excitement levels.

During my meetings, some of you have commented that the qualifications have become more difficult. But my dear friends we have to continuously set our benchmarks higher if we need to grow. Just like we need to improve our hospitality levels, we expect higher performance levels from our FBO’s.

FLP India can grow to no.1 position in FLP world only if you continuously grow. What kind of traits do we see in FBO’s who achieve these incentive levels? They tend to be self motivated, hardworking people who aggressively pursue the opportunity in face of challenges to achieve their goals. I have never heard an excuse from these achievers.

I like to think of The Managers Retreat as a GOAL, which can be achieved through many different approaches. Never lose sight of your goal regardless of where you may find yourself along your FOREVER journey. A strong action plan to achieve the Goal of qualifying for the Managers Retreat is important but remember that the circumstances may change and our plans may need revising. The GOAL remains the same.

It was great to observe that many winners were giving a live feed of the excitement to their teams waiting back home. When you achieve this incentive you create excitement for your downlines and inspire them to grow their businesses. When you teach you never know how many lives you will influence. Managers’ retreat is an incentive where the FBO’s have an opportunity to teach their strategies to others. Remember as you work towards this GOAL, you are a role model for your downlines.

Additionally, regardless of your business building strategies, our habits are extremely important. Even though we had achievers from all parts of India, SMILING is a universal language. Willingness to adapt in your business with a smile will help you in your pursuit of the incentive next year and other higher rewards. When you are sharing the power of FOREVER with others, remember to SMILE as I am learning too.

A BIG Congratulations…. to all the achievers this year. Your determination and passion for success was evident and I was proud to recognise each one of you. Nikita and I already look forward to welcoming you at a new destination next year.

In order to streamline undesirable purchase patterns, the company has adopted the following process effective 1st June 2018.

Please note that all Direct Deposits will no longer require the Direct Deposit Claim Form (DDCF). Moving forward, your direct deposit amounts need to be deposited in the following new account numbers and will be treated as advances for you and your FBOs to be utilized at the time of your purchases from the company.

FBOs who are depositing amounts in the above mentioned accounts, will need to fill an Advance Allocation Form (AAF) which is available at https://flpindia.co.in/AAForm or via email at [email protected]

Kindly ensure that a mobile number is registered for each FBO ID# with the company, as access to these advance amounts will be allowed only with an OTP SMS which will come to this registered mobile number. For more information on mobile number registration, kindly email [email protected]

Also do note that once the amount is allocated to an FBO, the amount cannot be adjusted with another FBOs account. However, amount will be refunded via ECS/Cheque to the respective FBOs account in who’s favour the amount was allocated after a request is received at the below mentioned email address.
