Success bearsrepeating

The Woolley reputation was built on venturing where few others think to go. Welcome to Woolley’s Classic Suites, a new collection of all-suite upscale hotels delivering attentive guest services and value that today’s travelers seek.

Designed on a timeless idea with a legacy of success, Woolley’s Classic Suites is taking the innovations I originated in the first all-suite hotels a step forward to offer more spacious, authentic suites.

Hallmarks of the Woolley guest experience will be the lush resort ambiance— with a tropical atrium that invites guests to enjoy complimentary breakfast and happy hour services—and the elegantly detailed suites that offer upscale comfort with modern amenities.

We are proud to launch the new collection in the Denver market, one of the most active and resilient travel destinations for leisure and business. The first of several area hotels will open in 2014.

Our advantage in introducing Woolley’s Classic Suites is decades of lodging experience. We are able to build cost effectively and deliver quality because every detail that

goes into the design, development and location of every hotel is carefully researched and executed in the Woolley tradition.

It is my pleasure to introduce you to Woolley’s Classic Suites and the team behind success that bears repeating.

Robert E. Woolley

Denver-Aurora

M a r k e t T i m i n gHistorically, the travel industry has been one of the first business sectors to rebound from economic downturns. The Denver market’s strength and resilience has been demonstrated by Colorado’s record-breaking tourism in 2010 when Denver-area hotel occupancy rates remained above 60% during the worst economic period. Meanwhile, the underdevelopment of authentic all-suite and high-end hotels close to Denver’s airport presents a striking opportunity for Woolley’s Classic Suites and its partners.

D e s t i n a t i o n A p p e a lDenver is a first class, year-round leisure and business destination. DIA is the gateway to Colorado tourism as the only major hub airport within a 500-mile radius. Many visitors stay in the Denver area on their way to winter skiing or outdoor spring, summer and fall activities in the beautiful Rocky Mountains. In 2010, 12+ million overnight visitors stayed in Denver for business or to explore the area’s many sports, entertainment and cultural attractions, up 5% over 2009.

Colorado Ranks in the top five states for business 9 Fortune 500 companies 55.1 million visitors in 2010 (up 6.1% over 2009) 3.5 million business trips to Colorado in 2010 (up 3% over 2009) $8.8 billion in total tourism expenditures in 2010 (up 5% over 2009)

Denver-Aurora MSA 2.55 million population; 21st largest MSA in US $46,611 per capita income More than 300 days of sunshine per year $3 billion in leisure expenditures in 2010 (up from $2.8 billion in 2009) 75 conventions and 423 meetings in 2010 ($653 million economic impact)

Denver International Airport 52.2 million passengers (2010) 5th busiest airport in the US; 10th busiest in the world 53% of passengers originate or terminate travel in Denver 46.7% make connections at DIA

The site of the first of several Woolley’s Classic Suites planned for the Denver-Aurora market is strategically located in Gateway Office Park, approximately 10 miles from Denver International Airport (DIA) and 13 miles from downtown, and offers excellent visibility from I-70, the main east-west highway to the Rocky Mountains.
