for Chaiyaphum Wind Farm Project in October 2018
United Analyst and Engineering Consultant Co., Ltd. (UAE) was assigned by Chaiyaphum Wind Farm
Co., Ltd to implement the environmental impact monitoring measure which is ambient noise level monitoring
during operation period of Chaiyaphum Wind Farm Project in October 2018. The details of implementation are
described as follows:
1. Environmental Impact Monitoring Plan
The scope of environmental impact monitoring plan in the project operation period is referred to the
measures specified in the Initial Environmental Examination (IEE) report. The ambient noise level monitoring
period was on October 27-30, 2018. The details of monitoring plan are shown in Table 1. Locations and
coordinates of the monitoring stations are shown in Table 2 and Figure 1.

3. Environmental Impact Monitoring Results
Referring to the analysis number T18AG359-0001 to T18AG359-0024, The results of LAeq 24 hours and LAmax
from 8 monitoring stations during October 27-30, 2018 were found as follow;
N1 : Ban Bu Chanuan School during October 27, 2018 at 07.00 a.m. to October 30, 2018 at 07.00 a.m.
demonstrated that the results of LAeq 24 hours were in the range of 51.7-52.8 dB(A) and LAmax were in the range
of 55.5-90.0 dB(A). Both results complied with Ambient Noise Level Standards, Notification of the National
Environment Board No.15, B.E.2540 (1997) which determined that LAeq 24 hours should not exceed 70 dB(A) and
LAmax should not exceed 115 dB(A) while there was no standard specified for LA90 and LAeq 1 hour as shown in
Table 4 and Figure 3 to Figure 6.
N2 : Ban Sub Hang Community Hall during October 27, 2018 at 07.00 a.m. to October 30, 2018 at 07.00 a.m.
demonstrated that the results of LAeq 24 hours were in the range of 51.1-53.1 dB(A) and LAmax were in the range
of 51.8-86.5 dB(A). Both results complied with Ambient Noise Level Standards, Notification of the National
Environment Board No.15, B.E.2540 (1997) which determined that LAeq 24 hours should not exceed 70 dB(A) and
LAmax should not exceed 115 dB(A) while there was no standard specified for LA90 and LAeq 1 hour as shown in
Table 4 and Figure 3 to Figure 6.
N3 : Ban Sub Charoen Suk School during October 27, 2018 at 07.00 a.m. to October 30, 2018 at 07.00 a.m.
demonstrated that the results of LAeq 24 hours were in the range of 51.0-52.6 dB(A) and LAmax were in the range
of 53.6-101.0 dB(A). Both results complied with Ambient Noise Level Standards, Notification of the National
Environment Board No.15, B.E.2540 (1997) which determined that LAeq 24 hours should not exceed 70 dB(A) and
LAmax should not exceed 115 dB(A) while there was no standard specified for LA90 and LAeq 1 hour as shown in
Table 4 and Figure 3 to Figure 6.
N4 : Buddha Kitjaram Temple during October 27, 2018 at 07.00 a.m. to October 30, 2018 at 07.00 a.m.
demonstrated that the results of LAeq 24 hours were in the range of 51.1-51.7 dB(A) and LAmax were in the range
of 49.1-94.3 dB(A). Both results complied with Ambient Noise Level Standards, Notification of the National
Environment Board No.15, B.E.2540 (1997) which determined that LAeq 24 hours should not exceed 70 dB(A) and
LAmax should not exceed 115 dB(A) while there was no standard specified for LA90 and LAeq 1 hour as shown in
Table 4 and Figure 3 to Figure 6.
N5 : Thep Nimit Wanarak Priest’s Camp Site during October 27, 2018 at 07.00 a.m. to October 30, 2018 at
07.00 a.m. demonstrated that the results of LAeq 24 hours were in the range of 51.3-52.3 dB(A) and LAmax were in
the range of 55.1-89.1 dB(A). Both results complied with Ambient Noise Level Standards, Notification of the
National Environment Board No.15, B.E.2540 (1997) which determined that LAeq 24 hours should not exceed 70
dB(A) and LAmax should not exceed 115 dB(A) while there was no standard specified for LA90 and LAeq 1 hour as
shown in Table 4 and Figure 3 to Figure 6.

demonstrated that the results of LAeq 24 hours were in the range of 53.1-53.7 dB(A) and LAmax were in the range
of 50.9-91.1 dB(A). Both results complied with Ambient Noise Level Standards, Notification of the National
Environment Board No.15, B.E.2540 (1997) which determined that LAeq 24 hours should not exceed 70 dB(A) and
LAmax should not exceed 115 dB(A) while there was no standard specified for LA90 and LAeq 1 hour as shown in
Table 4 and Figure 3 to Figure 6.
N7 : Ban Nong Bua (Bua Kaew Buddhawas Temple) during October 27, 2018 at 07.00 a.m. to October 30,
2018 at 07.00 a.m. demonstrated that the results of LAeq 24 hours were in the range of 52.6-52.8 dB(A) and LAmax
were in the range of 52.2-90.3 dB(A). Both results complied with Ambient Noise Level Standards, Notification
of the National Environment Board No.15, B.E.2540 (1997) which determined that LAeq 24 hours should not exceed
70 dB(A) and LAmax should not exceed 115 dB(A) while there was no standard specified for LA90 and LAeq 1 hour
as shown in Table 4 and Figure 3 to Figure 6.
N8 : Project area at WTG11 during October 27, 2018 at 07.00 a.m. to October 30, 2018 at 07.00 a.m.
demonstrated that the results of LAeq 24 hours were in the range of 59.9-60.6 dB(A) and LAmax were in the range
of 59.8-81.2 dB(A). Both results complied with Ambient Noise Level Standards, Notification of the National
Environment Board No.15, B.E.2540 (1997) which determined that LAeq 24 hours should not exceed 70 dB(A) and
LAmax should not exceed 115 dB(A) while there was no standard specified for LA90 and LAeq 1 hour as shown in
