Transitional Housing / Shelters in the Northwoods Fredrick Place - Rhinelander Provides an emergency, temporary shelter for families, women and men who are experiencing homelessness. Opened August 2009. Size: Up to 16 beds (first come, first serve basis) Persons Eligible: Men/Women/Families (children must attend school). Men and women must be 18 years or older. Must be homeless in accordance with state and federal definitions of homelessness. Only one admission in a 12 month period is permitted.
