Submit a UROP Project (The Undergraduate Research Opportunities Program) Students available to commence work in laboratories during the universities’ summer recess in December/January. Actual start dates are arranged by the supervisor and student. The Bio21 Cluster, through the UROP team, co-ordinate the call for applications from students and conduct the initial screening interviews. Suitable candidates will then be introduced to individual supervisors. Students are employed by your institution as casual staff at a rate equivalent to HEW2 (~$29.50 per hr). Students must work full-time during some or all of the vacation periods & 8 hours a week during semester. The Bio21 Cluster is not able to provide funds to pay UROP students.
