Guidelines for Preparing Paper
Preparation of manuscripts
Manuscripts should be prepared on A4 International (210 mm by 297 mm) in single column format. Use 12-pt Times New Roman font. The final layout of the text should be single-spaced. Keep the layout of the text as simple as possible. In the text no reference should be made to page numbers. Articles should not be longer than 8 pages altogether. Papers should be written in English. Paper template is attached to these guidelines to facilitate the preparation of the papers. In attached Paper template everything is prepared in accordance to these guidelines. Authors should just incorporate their figures, tables and text instead of the sample Lorem Ipsum text.
Title of the paper
Title of the paper should be centered in Times New Roman 16-pt bold. After the title there should be a single empty line 12-pt. Use capital letters for initials of significant words within the title.

Authors
After the title a single empty line 12-pt should be left and authors should be listed without titles. Times New Roman 12-pt should be used (centered). Beneath should be listed authors affiliation, city and country in Times New Roman 10-pt. For different affiliations mark the author with different latter a b c. Mark the corresponding author with an * and give her/his e-mail.

Abstract
The paper should start with a short summary of the contents of the paper, not exceeding 200 words altogether. It is preferred that the abstract is in one single paragraph. It should give a clear idea of the main conclusions of the article, the methods employed and some indication of the line of reasoning. Use 11-pt characters.
Key words
Three to six key words should be included (new paragraph, 11-pt characters). The items should be separated by a coma.After the key words there should be a three empty line spaces 12-pt.
Text
It should be divided into sections, each with number and section heading. Use no more than three grades of headings. The heading titles should be short and clearly numbered. Titles and subtitles should be typed in a separate line, without indentation. Paragraphs should be justified. The first line of a new paragraph should be indented 0.75 cm. Do not separate paragraphs with one empty line or additional space. Use italics for letter-abbreviated mathematical, statistical parameters quoted in the text (A, h²).
Titles within the text
1. FIRST GRADE TITLES (12-pt bold capitals) should be preceded by two and followed by one empty line. 1.1. Second grade titles (12-pt bold) should be preceded by one empty line and followed by 6 pt.1.1.1. Third grade titles (12-pt bold italics) should be preceded by one empty line except when they are right after a second grade title, and followed by 6 pt.
Footnotes
Please do not use footnotes unless it is absolutely necessary. In most cases the information can be incorporated in the text.
Citations in the text
Write the family name of the authors with small capitals.
Single author: (Surname, year of publication)(Faraday, 1980)
Two authors: (Surname 1and Surname 2, year of publication)(Faraday and Smith, 1984)
Three or more authors: (first author Surname et al. year of publication)(Faraday et al., 1986)
Within a sentence: Surname (year of publication) Faraday (1988) has stated...

Tables
Each table should have a brief and self-explanatory title. The number and title of the tables should be printed in italics, before the table, left align (Times New Roman, 10 pt). There should be a single empty line before the table title and followed by 6-pt after table title. Table itself should be left aligned. Text inside the table should be Times New Roman 11-pt.

After table a single empty line should be made (12-pt). If any explanation is essential for understanding the table it should be given at the bottom of the table, in Times New Roman 8-pt characters. Tables spread across double pages are difficult to read and to arrange. If there are many data to be presented divide them over two or more tables. Do not embed “graphically designed” tables, but prepare tables using the MS Word or Excel processing tools. Avoid the parallel presentation of the same data both in figures and tables. The references to tables inside the text should appear in italics (Table 4).
Figures
Figures should be centered, with a single empty line before the figure. The number and title of figures should be printed in italics Times New Roman 10-pt, below the figure centered. There should be 6-pt spacing before the table title and followed by a single empty line after table title.

Formulae
Do not embed “graphically designed” equations but prepare these using the word processor’s facility. Formulas should be aligned at the left and numbered in parentheses at the right.

Give the meaning of all symbols immediately after the equation in which they are first used. Avoid possible confusion between 0 (zero) and o, O (letters); 1 (one) and I (letter); ν (Greek n) and u, v (letters), etc.
Units
Please use the International System of Units (SI system).
Taxons
Use italics for taxon names (Quercus robur L.).
Acknowledgements
This paragraph if it is necessary should appear right before References, it should be preceded by one and followed by one empty line (12-pt). Do not use pictures in this paragraph. Heading bold should be incorporated within the text e.g.
Acknowledgements: We wish to thank....
References
The reference section should contain all articles referred to in the text. They should be listed fully in alphabetical order according to the family name of the authors / editors. Use 11-pt characters and 0.75 cm indentation from the second row on in a paragraph. Put a comma (,) after the family name and use semicolon (;) when there are two or more authors. Write the year of the issue in parentheses behind the authors’ names and then use colon (:).
