Re: NOTIFICATION -- minor label revisions to label OMC II Spray(EPA Reg. No. 46851-5)

Dear Ms. Campbell:

On behalf of our client, Certol International, we are submitting the encloseddocuments in support of this Notification seeking to make minor changes to Certol'scurrently-authorized label for its Omni-II disinfectant product (EPA Registration No.46851-1). These minor modifications qualify for treatment as a Notification pursuant toPR Notice 98-10 because Certol is seeking only to:

a) Harmonize the signal words and warning statements with previously-approved terms that inadvertently were not reflected on the most recentlystamped label by the Agency on January 31, 2014 (the previously-authorized label that was stamped February 3, 2011 appears on PPLS' andc °is included for reference). Because the signal words and warning C

statements have been based on previously-approved labels, no scientific 'review is required by EPA staff. c c [ c

b) List certain items found in hair salons and barbershops among the usessiteaand equipment that can be cleaned using the product. The language c c L

related to those use sites may be added by Notification pursuant to SectioriII.C. of PR Notice 98-10. t ' t L "
