As per latest Public Procurement Policy of various organizations for Micro & small Enterprises (MSEs) order 2012 to encourage participation of MSEs in various procurements and for that certain benefits & preferential treatment likes exemption in Earnest money and also in Tender fee are available to these units.

Through this letter we want to confirm from you if your organization is giving any preferential/exemption for MSME registered firm.
