Revamped the existing design to 1024 (Fixed-size). Added new feature of L.H side search clusters (with a self-explaining bread-crumb-

style search-tag ) . Made the search more user friendly by bringing the advance search option in the

same page by using a show/hide switch (JavaScript easing affect) . The whole page nicely balanced with enhanced graphical interface

In the existing live scenario 2-3 mouse-scrolls are required to get over the whole page

In the proposed design this usability issue has been removed by using tabbing concept.

Hence, exploiting the whole 1024 space without any mouse scrolls.

Designed Visual mockup for Universal CV (powered by naukri) :

Designed the skin, layout for universal CV through which a jobseeker can smartly present his CV to a recruiter using our online medium. Hence, erasing out the way of carrying the hard copy of CV in interviews to an extent.

Can also play a alternative for the present Web-CV shown in the MNJ Naukri.com as seen by recruiter.
