Teaching Methodology:

The campus is equipped with all the modern state of the art technology equipment, including computers, Sewing Machines, Beautician Tools, heavy duty printer connected to network, scanner, and other audio-visual aids for teaching purposes. The course participants will attend the classes in different sessions (morning, afternoon, evening), five days a week, Monday through Friday. The program delivery is unique in nature as it is based on student centered activities. The course will be delivered through practical assignments, and the course leader will assist in the accomplishments of the task. In this way it will be ensured that all the participants will learn the required skills. Upon course completion, the participants will be awarded a course completion certificate of Skill Development Council – Govt. of Pakistan. The certificate you receive upon completion of your course says that YOU are the best qualified candidate for new job, raise in salary and promotion.

Qualified and Experienced Faculty: The Faculty at SEC is highly qualified and experienced. All the Faculty are hold vast experience of teaching in their respective fields. Computer and internet facility: Students can avail our free internet facility from 9:00 am till 6:00 pm. Our labs are equipped with latest equipment and tools. Print out: Our students can avail the facility of print out and at rates lower than the market. Multimedia Projection: Lectures are delivered through multimedia to give better approach to students.

Well Furnished Class rooms: At SEC, all the class rooms are well furnished. The class is of small size to provide individual attention to each student. Flexible Timings: Class timings are quite flexible. Students can opt timings of their choice. Easy Access: SEC is just at stone’s throw distance from the Abdara Road Bus Stop and Hashtnagri Bus Stop. Guidance and Counseling: Students have the facility to meet our trained and experience counselor who can guide them about the choice of course, career, pathway, choice of institution and other important matters.

Project Management Plan:

SEC has extensive experience in management of national and international projects. The project managers assigned and the implementation team has an overall cumulative experience of 50 years in project management. The project team will have responsibility for developing and implementing appropriate policies, protocols, standards and guidelines for the development. The project manager will chair the team and it will have day-today responsibility for the following: Management of the working groups Ensuring that tasks identified are appropriate, planned, resourced and executed. Liaising with Donor in the development of recommendations and in their implementation once approved. Ensuring general communication with the Donor about the project and its progress. Ensuring that project timelines and budget are adhered to, within reasonable limits Report regularly to the Chair of the Steering Committee.
