1.SRM University Annual report for the year 2016-17 is to be published with complete details. Annual report is an important release /

record of the University. The relevant period is 01 July 2016 - 30 June 2017 unless otherwise specified.

2. The details are to be furnished strictly according to the format specified which is in alignment with NAAC requirements. Only soft

copies are (in CD clearly labeled indicating the department and Faculty) to be furnished. The photographic evidence has to be

necessarily included; every photograph shall carry a caption / heading.

3. Hence I request the Directors, Deans, HODs, Principal Coordinators and section heads to give necessary instructions to make sure

that all materials are in proper format and authentic.

4. It is our past experience that the details of annual report are neither submitted in time nor with complete details. This time I request

you to take personal interest and ensure that the complete details are submitted in time. I know compiling annual report is an

exhaustive task; but with your dedication we can make it.

5. Considering the revised requirement of NAAC and NIRF (National Institutional Ranking Framework) a few additional

data have been requested for as well as a few changes have been made in the format. Please do take into account these

modifications.
