Tender for Earth Work Excavation & Minor Bridges in connection with Hazipur- Sauguli New BG Line

Application are invited from Contractors who are interested in the below mentioned scope of workaccording the terms and conditions mentioned.

The entire work is divided into 3 packages. Each package has the earth work , minor bridges ( Balancingculverts and RUB s).

I. Earth Work Embankment from Ch:64.350 to Ch:69.597,Distance-5.247 Km

GUARAN TEE TO BE PROVIDED BY SUB-CON TRACTOR

The following are the list of documents required to be submitted along with the quotation. EMD shouldbe paid separately for each package.

1. Experience certificates of similar works done during last 3 years should be submitted.2. P A N card, voter identity card copies should be submitted.3. List of machinery, equipment and man power should be submitted.4. E M D. of 2% of the total value of the work should be submitted in favour of M/s. KSR Infratech

India Pvt Ltd. in the form of D.D / B.G / cash.5. EMD shall be returned to the contractor after 6 months from the date of completion of the

work.6. If the work is stopped/ discontinued by the sub contractor due to some reasons of his own the

EMD and SD shall be forfeited.7. If the work is stopped by ECR / KSR Infratech the deposit amounts shall be released along with

final bill.8. The work measurements shall be done once in a month and payments shall be made within 15

days after submitting the bills. Security deposit of 5% shall be deducted from the running billsand shall be paid along with final bill.

9. The accumulated SD shall be paid to sub-contractor after 6 months from the date of completionof work.

10. Income tax shall be deducted as per Govt. rules and regulations and TDS certificates will beissued to that extent.

11. Any government taxes applicable during the period of execution of work shall be applicable.12. Since Royalty will be deducted by ECR at source from our bills, you need not consider Royalty

while calculating the cost of Earth work and other concrete works.13. Cement and Steel will be issued by KSR free of cost at KSR s godown in Sahebgunj and the same

should be transported by you at your own cost to the work spot.14. Any dispute among sub-contractor and KSR Infratech should be solved on mutual discussions

and minutes of meeting. Third party or Arbitration is not acceptable.
