Our stylist will work with you to ensure you have the look you have dreamed about. Allow our team to transform you space with colour, flowers, lighting, linen, furniture, centrepieces signage and personal items.

PACKAGE INCLUDES:

~ 1 x face to face meetings with our stylist

~ Our stylist will create a theme and style board with samples to choose from

~ We will source and supply decor items on a hire basis

~ Coordinate all contacts and payments in relation to styling aspects

~ Unlimited calls and emails to refine your look

~ Equivalent of 15 hours styling advice and services

We will take over from 2 months prior to your wedding and coordinate all deliveries on the day of your wedding.

~ 1 x face to face meeting with our stylists (if requested)

~ Liaise will all parties, contractors and suppliers to ensure the day runs smoothly

~ Create run sheet and ensure all necessary parties are involved and briefed

~ Organise floor plans and seating chart

~ On the day we will meet vendors to receive deliveries, set up ceremony, canapes/post ceremony celebrations and wedding reception

~ Our coordinator will be with you the whole day until after speeches at reception

~ Discount on pack up service from reception venue

~ Equivalent of 50 hours service

Let us take the worry and stress out of planning the perfect wedding and let you enjoy your day. Our stylists will create an overall concept from furniture and decor down to the littles details of place cards. We will source the best caterers, venues, staff, hire companies and suppliers to give you the perfect wedding.

~ 3 x face to face meeting with our coordinator and stylists

~ Unlimited phone and email correspondents

~ 2 x venue visits

~ Comprehensive understanding of your ideas and vision

~ Our stylists will prepare a design concept with samples based on your ideas

~ Assistance or full control of sourcing all items contributing to your wedding

~ Setting up and attending vendor meeting on your behalf

~ Sourcing decorations and styling elements within your budget

~ Create online wedding page to share with family and friends

~ A detailed run sheet will be created and and sent to vendors will follow up confirmations

~ Management of budget and regular updates

~ On the day set up of ceremony area, canapes/post ceremony celebrations, receptions

~ Coordinator for the entirety of the day up until post dinner speeches
