Scope of development of Handloom based industries and Handicrafts in Bihar is better than Jharkhand

Bhagalpur Silk (Tussar) already has a good brand image in the market

It is recommended to establish an organisation under the Companies Act / Society Act and endeavour towards providing a platform to the artisans and weavers of Bihar

Dept of Industries can revive closed centres or make use of vacant land on which such non-functional units exist.

Worksheds can be provided on such vacant / unused lands for the artisans/weavers of Bihar

It is utmost important to provide modern training and skill development to the artisans /weavers to cater to the large global market.
