• Toucan Education Programs Limited (TEP) is an established third party, program provider operating in Belize, Central America. TEP is the official name of the company and ‘Study in Belize’ is the official website url (www.studyinbelize.com). Study in Belize and Summer Study Abroad in Belize are also used to categorized our program offerings.

• TEP is a member of The Forum on Education Abroad. As a Forum member, we are committed to The Standards of Good Practice, which sets the quality standards for education abroad programs.

THE ONLINE APPLICATION PROCESS

THE FOLLOWING SLIDES EXPLAIN

HOW TO USE THE ONLINE REGISTRATION PORTAL.


Step 1- Create a Free Account

Create a fee account on the Registration Portal to begin the application process for your preferred program.

Privacy Statement: TEP will not sell or share your information. We value your privacy.


Step 2 - Choose a Program

Choose the program you are applying for from the clickable map. Or from the "Advanced Search", - choose "Search by Term" - select the term your program is offered.

Step 3 – Select Belize

Choose Central America and then Belize.


Step 4 - Apply

1. Click on the term and program name.

2. Click on the Apply button next to the Program to Apply.


Step 5 – Online Application Forms

• Click on the ‘Online Forms’ to access all program related application and enrollment forms. The number of forms related to the program is indicated by the number behind the back slash sign ‘(0/6)’.

• The first number indicates the number (0/6) of forms completed and the second number (0/6) indicates the number of forms left to complete.


Step 6 – Program Application Forms

1. Complete program related ‘Application’ forms.

2. Typical application forms include: Registration, Program Fees & Dates, Terms, Conditions, and Liability Waiver, Payment, and Transcript Forms. Number of required forms varies from program to program.


Step 7 – Pay Program Application Fee

Program related application fee will be invoiced after the Registration form is completed.

Payments can be made by credit card, certified check or money order.

Note: Application fee is non-refundable.


Step 8 – Program Admission

Participants are admitted after the online registration form is completed and application fee is paid. Admission letters are sent out electronically thereafter.

Step 9 – Program Enrollment Forms

1. Complete program related ‘Enrollment’ forms.

2. Typical enrollment forms include: Code of Conduct, Health Disclosure, Passport, Proof of Insurance, and Travel Itinerary forms. Number of forms varies from program to program.
