Zenith TRX Circuit A multi-level strength and fitness class, incorporate TRX straps, kettlebells, slam balls and lots more in a circuit style set up.

Zenith box-fit: class is a free fitness technique based class for a range of different fitness levels and skills! Each classes runs for 45 minutes long! Each class will focus on different combinations.
