Student's Guide to online registration
Introduction
From September 2018 the University of Debrecen introduces a new online system, called
Student Administration System.
This system is used for online registration.
Preconditions of the activity on the Student Administration System
To access the system you will need your EDUID and the relevant password (this is the same
credential that is used for Neptun login). With these credentials you will be able to access the
interface and all its functions.
Technical requirements:
You can log in to SAS on your smartphone using a web browser application or on your
computer.
Browsers: the portal is optimized for Google Chrome and Firefox browsers (minimum

Login
To reach the system, please, type the following address into your browser’s address bar:
http://stuart.edu.unideb.hu/#/sas-login
Type in your EDUID and password.
Click Login
After a successful login you will see the Dashboard screen.

To start your online registration please, click on the Start registration button in the upper left
Dashboard box.
First, you should fill in the online registration form.
This form is pre-filled in with data that is currently stored in our database. Please update all
necessary fields especially your contact & document data.
If a field is correct, you can leave it unchanged. If you change data of your passport or residence
permit please upload the new document as a proof by clicking on the ”upload” icon next to the
corrected field.

Next you can upload the bank receipt of your tuition fee payment if you already paid for the
actual semester.
If – according to your program/year level – you need to go for a medical check-up next you
will directed to the Medical Checkup Info page.

After reading the instrucions, you can book your Medical Checkup appointment.
Finally, on the Summary screen you can submit your online registration request.
