Special Called Business Meeting
There will be a short business meeting during our Capital Campaign dinner to vote on moving the annual business meeting to the first Wednesday in December. The reason for the change is that we have hired Christina Lewis, a local accountant, to assist us with our accounting procedures and are considering a change in our accounting software. She and our now financial secretary, Beverly Miller, are in the process of reviewing the books, making accounting changes, and getting us ready to track our campaign contributions. They need extra time to be
ready for the annual meeting.
