• Give your completed Student Success Center Orientation Activity Sheet and Registration Worksheet to the instructor.

• Create a student folder for your work and to keep a record of your progress.

• You will receive a “P” (Pass) grade for the course regardless of your time spent working in the Student Success Center.

• You are responsible for your own learning, which means you should attend as often as necessary to meet your goals, improve your skills, and complete your courses.

The Student Success Center can be a busy place. There may be many students in the Center who need assistance and the instructor on duty will attend to you as soon as possible. Be sure to bring work with you in case you have to wait for assistance.

Student Success Center instructors won’t edit your written work for you. You must be there so you can learn by editing your own papers with our help.

• Fill out a Registration Worksheet according to the instructions on the Activity Sheet.
