Desks put to one side.

Books to be picked up by students/ library monitors.

Do not let too many people in, one person to a desk.

Tuck all chairs under.

Making sure all wires are tucked away as much as possible and no food or drink aloud near electrics.

I will have to go 5 minutes earlier in order to cordon off the area of which I am taking photos in due to being an open area.

I will also have to know where the nearest first aider and fire extinguisher is in case of an emergency.
