If it has been raining prior to me taking my photographs I will display a wet floor sign so people are aware and understand they need to walk slower and be careful.

Ensure all bags are positioned away from where my photos will be taken, or ensure someone is holding them so nobody can trip over them.

Ensuring only the models needed are around the area and corning off this section of the outdoors so the space is not over crowded where people can be hurt.

If there is any major holes or un even levels among they gravel I will cover this and inform everyone who will be present so they can ensure they are more aware and careful.

I will go five minutes earlier than everyone else to re arrange the tables in a safer format.I will also cordon of the area which we will be using to assure un-wanted people won’t be in our way and shut the door once all my models and camera crew are inside the studio. I will also ensure that when the lights or backdrop is adjusted that all safety measured is carried out again.
