• 5 departments (Mkt/BLaw, Chem/Phys, CJ, PoliSci, Psych)

• 328 courses (5689 surveys)

• 45% response rate

• Problems: login & email issues inexperienced staff oversaw administration

• End Result: CoursEval online system worked fine BUT….
