WHAT DOES THE PLAN LOOK LIKE? » There is an initial enrollment fee of $35.00/term. » Monthly payments are automatically deducted on the designated due dates (provided at the time of enrollment and available for review at any time on your my.CU). » The first payment will be processed 1-2 days after the term starts, and then every month afterwards until the entire balance is paid in full. » Total outstanding balance will be divided evenly over the remaining payments. » If there is a change made between installments, the balance will be recalculated into even amounts for the remaining payments. » The payment plan must be renewed at the start of a new term. Disbursement Information& Direct DepositRefunds due from financial aid in excess of the student’s bill are processed 10 business days or 14 calendar days after financial aid disbursement occurs to the student account. Refunds are disbursed either through direct deposit or in the mail through a paper check.

Concordia University can place your refund directly into the bank account you specify with direct deposit and it generally takes only 2-3 business days to process. Direct deposit helps you get your refund quicker than mailing a paper check, plus you won’t have to bother with depositing a check!

HOW TO SET IT UP1. Login to your my.CU account2. From the “my.CU” main menu, select “Student”3. Select “Student Records”4. Select “Direct Deposit for Student Refunds”5. To add new or edit existing information select “Edit Direct Deposit

Information”6. Update information or add new information7. Select “Submit”8. Select “I agree”

A confirmation email will be sent to your preferred email address on file.
